Returns are simple and easy. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Simply package your item, include a copy of your original invoice / receipt noting that the item is being returned and mail to us via the shipper of your choice. Any item may be returned to our store with the original receipt.
Please note: Return Shipping is at the purchaser’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are currently offering flat rate shipping through the United States Post Office within the Continental United States on all of our items. Please refer to Delivery Section for all delivery options.
Regular Delivery: Most items will ship immediately if in stock. Customers can expect to receive orders in 2 to 5 business days. Allow 3-4 weeks for Wedding Bands.
Express Delivery: Express delivery is available to most US addresses. There is an additional charge for this service. Please call our store to have your item shipped express. We will provide you with availability, rates, and terms.
An order or purchase may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
